Inclusive & Collaborative Care

I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds and across gender, sexuality, culture, ability, and relationship structures. I have a particular interest in working with adults impacted by trauma, burnout, low self-worth, and the effects of chaotic, abusive, or neglectful early environments. I also work well with people who feel emotionally stuck in recurring patterns—whether in relationships, work, self-criticism, or their sense of identity—and who are looking for a deeper understanding of themselves and how they move through the world.

Areas of Expertise

With over 10 years of experience supporting adults from diverse backgrounds, I’ve worked with concerns such as trauma exposure, depression, anxiety, interpersonal challenges, perfectionism, and low self-worth. I work especially well with adults who appear high-functioning on the outside, but who feel burdened by trauma, burnout, painful relationship patterns, perfectionism, or a persistent sense that something in their lives is not working as it should. Together, we work to better understand what is happening beneath the surface, so that meaningful and lasting change becomes possible.

What to Expect on Your Therapeutic Journey

In therapy, I primarily draw from a relational psychodynamic approach, which means we pay careful attention not only to what is happening in your life now, but also to the deeper historical and contemporary emotional and relational patterns that shape how you feel, cope, and relate to others.

In our first few sessions, we’ll work together to clarify what feels most pressing or important right now. I’ll complete a thorough assessment so we can clearly identify where to focus, while also getting to know each other.

From there, we move at your pace, no rushing. You guide the direction, depth, and timing of our work. My role is to listen carefully, understand your experience, and thoughtfully challenge you to explore it more deeply. My hope is that therapy becomes a space where you can feel understood while also beginning to make sense of patterns that may have felt confusing, painful, or difficult to shift on your own.
